Traffic pattern changes at CV High School for parents who drop off/pick up students in the morning/afternoon
Cumberland Valley High School traffic patterns for morning and afternoon student drop-off/pick-up will change effective March 7, 2017.
This change will only impact parents who are dropping off and picking up students at the high school between the hours of 7-8 a.m. and 2:30-3:30 p.m.
The new traffic patterns are being implemented to:
- better ensure safety of our students and visitors.
- alleviate traffic congestion during peak hours.
- bypass construction operations that will begin this spring at the high school.
Effective with morning drop-off on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, parents will be directed to utilize the Dapp Road entrance (beside the football field), follow the signage, and drop off students to the rear of the High School. Parents will then exit campus either via Dapp Road or by traveling around the high school to the stoplight at the main entrance. Afternoon pickup will follow the same route.

Please note: Parents picking up or dropping off students at times other than between 7-8 a.m. or 2:30-3:30 p.m. may still utilize any of the High School parking lots to do so.
