NCAA CLEARING HOUSE
Students who plan to participate in an intercollegiate sport at a Division I or II college must be registered with the NCAA. They must meet academic and SAT/ACT requirements to be eligible to compete. Registration to the NCAA may be accomplished any time after completion of junior year through senior year. The NCAA encourages online registration. The web site is http://eligibilitycenter.org/. The fee is $60.00. Please read the requirements carefully. If your student did not attend CV for the full four years, you must request an official transcript from their former high school to be directed to the NCAA. Students must submit a transcript authorization release to Mrs. Marshall in guidance upon completion of registration. Also, all academic courses at CV do not necessarily meet the requirements as NCAA core courses. If you have any questions related to the curriculum qualifications, please contact your student’s counselor. Any questions regarding registration please contact Mrs. Marshall in the Guidance Office.
