Attendance Reminders:
If you are planning on moving out of the district this summer, please remind your student to pick-up a withdraw form from the Attendance Office before the last day of school.

Absence notes need to be handed in within 3 days of the students return to school.  Failure to do so will move this possible lawful absence to an unlawful/truant absence.

Early Dismissal notes need to be handed in one day in advance.  If not, parents will need to call in to confirm the early dismissal - 506-3661 or 506-3662.  Upon the students' return, please have a note from that appointment.

Attendance Forms are located at the bottom of this page.

The consent form for random drug testing has been revised. All students at CV who participate in athletics, including practice, extra and co-curricular activities (including band, marching band, chorus and orchestra), and all students requesting driving privileges are required to participate in random drug testing. The consent form also applies to students who would like to participate in school dances such as homecoming, winter gala and the prom. Students attending these events are subject to random breathalysers and will not be permitted to purchase or attend without agreeing to participate in random breathalyser during the event.
