Participants complete a Pool Registration Form and Pool Registration Card and submit these along with payment for class.  The Pool Registration Form is located on the back page of the Community Aquatic Program Flyer and the card will be available at registration night. These forms can be downloaded and mailed in after the registration night if space is available.   Many programs are limited in size. 

Membership in the Community Aquatic Program is required for all participants. Membership fees are charged to cover the cost of publicity and registration.  The membership year runs from September through the the following August.  Registration is on a first come, first served basis with District residents receiving priority in programs which except non-residents.   Participants must register to be placed on the class list; fees are paid at registration.  Checks may be made payable to Cumberland Valley Community Aquatic Program.

The District reserves the right to limit enrollment in any activity to the number who can be accommodated safety, to cancel any class with fewer than ten registrations, and to close the pool during community hours to accommodate special functions.  Programs are cancelled when schools are dismissed early or closed due to inclement weather.
