Student Accident Insurance

While Cumberland Valley School Districts does not carry medical insurance on children attending our schools, we do provide parents/guardians with the opportunity to select a primary group insurance plan for their student(s) at a minimal annual fee. These Student Accident Insurance options can help parents/guardians eliminate the possibility of out-of-pocket expenses, since many group insurance policies no longer pay full hospital and medical expenses and may require a deductible or co-insurance.

Plans are administered through American Management Advisors. Parents/guardians who opt to select this coverage may elect to enroll their student(s) in this coverage at any time during the academic year and may choose between a school-time coverage plan and a 24-hour coverage plan for their student(s). Plans should be considered in conjunction with any other family medical insurance.
