Facts about me!
The 2015/2016 school year is my 2nd as the school nurse at Hampden Elementary and 3rd within the Cumberland Valley School District. My past nursing experience includes working at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Maryland Medical System, a local medical practice, and volunteering at an overnight summer camp.
I am a proud graduate of Hampden Elementary School (and I’m not telling you the year!), Cumberland Valley High School, Juniata College, and the University of Maryland’s School of Nursing.
I live in Hampden Township with my husband Scott and our three daughters (Madison – 12, Evelyn – 10, and Chelsea – 8), all of whom are students within the Cumberland Valley School District.
When I am not caring for your sick or injured children or shuttling my own to sporting events and other activities, I enjoy cooking, crafting and playing tennis.
I am also active as a soccer coach with HMMS, basketball coach with CVYBA, Sunday school teacher, and the head of Shaull Elementary’s Green Team.
I have a weakness for Mike & Ikes and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups!
